A tableware service with a special look: small and large plates as well as small and large bowls make a beautiful combination for your everyday table setting. After all, we eat with our eyes first.

Our stoneware tableware is made from natural raw materials and fired at high temperatures. This handcrafted production gives each piece its unique character – and brings with it some natural characteristics that are not quality defects:

Cutlery marks on matt tableware: With matt glazes, it's completely normal for fine, grey marks to appear through daily contact with cutlery. Unlike very glossy glazes, the matt surface is minimally more 'textured' and has a finer structure. This makes metal marks from cutlery more easily visible. With matt stoneware, this generally cannot be entirely avoided, as it is an interaction typical of the material between the cutlery metal and the matt glaze – similar to matt tiles or matt washbasins. These marks are purely visual and affect neither the function nor the durability of your tableware.
Small black dots: In rare cases, small black dots may appear on the surface during firing. They are a natural part of the material and not a defect.
Glaze & Colour: During the glazing process, minimal colour runs may occur. In addition, slight colour differences can arise between different batches – so when reordering, the shades may vary slightly.
Ring base on the large plate: For stabilisation, there is a small ring base on the underside that may show through slightly on the surface.
Lighting: Depending on different light colours (cool or warm light), the colours may appear slightly different. In addition, minor colour deviations in the display may occur depending on your screen calibration.

Care & Storage

Dishwasher and microwave safe– for easy cleaning and versatile use.

Avoid extreme temperature fluctuationsTo prevent stress cracking, allow hot dishes to cool before washing and avoid exposing them directly to cold temperatures.

Gentle cleaning– Use soft sponges and mild detergents to protect the surface of the dishes.

Avoiding chipping– be careful not to knock the dishes on hard surfaces.

Oven use– the dishes can be washed at up to180°Cbe used in the oven.

Careful stacking– To avoid scratches, we recommend placing a soft cloth or felt pads between the plates.

Note on cutlery abrasion & scratches

Over time, dark marks or lines may appear on the surface of your dishes. These so-calledCutlery abrasion marksare caused by contact with stainless steel cutlery and are anormal, material-related effect, which does not constitute a quality defect. The abrasion is merely a cosmetic appearance and does not affect the durability or functionality of the tableware.

To remove cutlery abrasion, we recommend cleaning with a specialPorcelain or stoneware cleaneror a gentle ceramic hob cleaner. Regular cleaning helps keep the dishes in their original condition.

Please note:Deep scratches or damagecan occur when dishes are used improperly—for example, by applying excessive pressure when cutting or using very sharp knives. This is not considered normal use and should be avoided to protect the surface of your dishes in the long term.

Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery time

We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within Germany is usually 1–3 business days .

For Austria and other European countries, the delivery time is 3-7 working days with DHL.

Once your package has left our warehouse, the actual shipping time is the responsibility of the shipping service provider. Should there be a delivery delay beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and patience.

2. Shipping costs

2.1 Germany

The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €5.90 .
Shipping is free for orders over €69 .
We use our shipping partner DHL for parcel shipping.

2.2 European Union and Great Britain

For shipping to Austria we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 .
We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs for parcels to other European countries and the UK are a flat rate of €13.90 , regardless of the order value.
Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

2.3 Switzerland

Shipping costs to Switzerland are €24.90 .
Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

2.4 Norway

Shipping costs to Norway are €19.90 .
Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

3. Shipping company

We rely on our logistics partner DHL to ship our items.

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number . This allows you to track your order at any time.

Please ensure that you are available to receive your parcel or use an alternative delivery option if you are not at home.

4. Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been processed in our logistics center and handed over to DHL , you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email .

This contains a tracking link that you can use to view the status of your delivery at any time.

If you're expecting your package but no delivery driver has arrived, please check your tracking information. It may be that:

The package was delivered to a post office or packing station .
It was left with a neighbor or at your desired location .

If your package cannot be found, we recommend that you contact DHL customer service directly.

5. Return

We take great care in selecting our products and are confident in delivering the highest quality. Of course, it may still happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations, or that you ordered multiple items. In this case, you can simply return the items in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs and thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions regarding returns, our customer service team is available at any time via email at kundenservice@7oclock.de .

Unfortunately, returns received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted . If you return the goods after this period, we may either return them to you at your expense or issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.

6. Return conditions

Please pack the items securely, unused, and in their original packaging. We thoroughly inspect each item. We cannot accept returns of damaged or used items. Use secure outer packaging, either with the return label attached or with a post office employee. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.

7. Free product gifts

If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value , this must also be returned if you return it. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice you for it and deduct the amount from your refund.

If you keep items that exceed the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.

8. Refund

After checking your return, you will receive a refund of the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 14 days using the payment method you originally used.

Please keep your receipt safe until you receive your refund. Our logistics team will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible.

Even if your package has already arrived according to your tracking information, it may not be processed the same day. You will be automatically notified of your refund via email within 14 days at the most. Rest assured: We're working as quickly as possible to ensure you don't have to wait long for your refund.
