What a pity that you don't like the items you ordered. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are convinced that we can provide you with the best quality. Of course, it can still happen that a product does not meet your expectations or that you have ordered several items to choose from. In this case, you can simply return the items in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cover the return costs and thank you for your understanding. 2. Return period & return costs
You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send your package with sufficient postage and securely in its original packaging to:

Unfortunately, returns received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted . If you return the goods after this period, we may send them back to you at your expense or issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.
3. Conditions for returns
Please pack the items unused, in their original packaging and securely. We check each item very carefully. We cannot accept damaged or used items back. Use secure outer packaging, onto which you stick the return label or which an employee at the post office will attach. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.
4. Refund
After checking your return, you will receive the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please keep your proof of postage safe until you have received your refund. Our logistics team will do their best to process your return as quickly as possible.
If your package has already arrived with us according to the tracking information, it may still not be processed on the same day. You will automatically be notified of your refund by email within a maximum of 14 days. Rest assured: We are working as quickly as possible so that you do not have to wait long for your refund.
If there are unexpected discrepancies with your refund, we are very sorry. In this case, please contact our customer service by email at kundenservice@7oclock.de so that we can review your issue as quickly as possible and find a solution.
