We're sorry to hear that you don't like some of the items in your order. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are confident that we deliver the best quality. Of course, it can happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations or that you ordered several items to choose from. In this case, you can simply return the unopened items to the following address:

Please note that each return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs and thank you for your understanding. 2. Return period & return shipping costs
You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send your package with sufficient postage, securely packaged, and in its original packaging to:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns received after the 14-day return period . If you return the goods after this period, we may have to return them to you at your expense or issue a voucher for the value of the returned items.
3. Return conditions
Please pack the items securely and unused, in their original packaging. We thoroughly inspect each item. We cannot accept returns of damaged or used items. Use secure outer packaging, either by affixing the return label yourself or having it labeled by a postal worker. This is the only way to ensure your return arrives undamaged.
3.1 Free product additions
If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value, this product must also be returned. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice you for it and deduct the amount from your refund.
If you keep items that exceed the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.
3.2 Partial return of bundles
If you order a discounted bundle and only keep part of it, we will charge you the remaining items at the regular individual price. This may reduce your refund amount accordingly.
3.3 Falling below the minimum order value for free shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €39 (Germany). If a return brings your order below this amount, we will charge the standard shipping fee of €5.90 and automatically deduct it from your refund.
4. Refund
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund of the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 14 days, credited to your original payment method.
Please keep your proof of postage safe until you have received your refund. Our logistics team is doing their utmost to process your return as quickly as possible.
If your package has already arrived according to the tracking information, it may not be processed on the same day. You will automatically be notified of your refund via email within a maximum of 14 days. Rest assured, we are working as quickly as possible to ensure you don't have to wait long for your refund.
