What a shame that you didn't like some of the items you ordered. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are confident in delivering the highest quality. Of course, it can still happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations, or that you ordered several items to choose from. In this case, you can simply return the items in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs and thank you for your understanding. 2. Return period & return costs
You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send your package securely, postage paid , and in its original packaging to:

Unfortunately, returns received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted . If you return the goods after this period, we may either return them to you at your expense or issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.
3. Return conditions
Please pack the items securely, unused, and in their original packaging. We thoroughly inspect each item. We cannot accept returns of damaged or used items. Use secure outer packaging, either with the return label attached or with a post office employee. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.
3.1 Free product gifts
If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value, this must also be returned if you return it. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice you for it and deduct the amount from your refund.
If you keep items that exceed the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.
4. Refund
After checking your return, you will receive a refund of the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 14 days using the payment method you originally used.
Please keep your receipt safe until you receive your refund. Our logistics team will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible.
Even if your package has already arrived according to your tracking information, it may not be processed the same day. You will be automatically notified of your refund via email within 14 days at the most. Rest assured: We're working as quickly as possible to ensure you don't have to wait long for your refund.
