1.0 Delivery time

We always strive to send your order to you as quickly as possible. The delivery time within Germany is 1 – 3 working days . The delivery time to Austria and other European countries is usually 3 – 7 working days with DHL. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, the actual shipping time depends on the shipping service provider and is no longer in our hands. Should there be a delay in delivery over which we have no influence, we would like to ask for your understanding and a little patience.

2.0 Shipping costs Germany

The shipping costs for parcel delivery within Germany are a flat rate of €5.90. For orders over 69 € you get free shipping! We use the shipping service provider DHL for parcel shipping.

2.1 Shipping costs Europe

Shipping to Austria is a flat rate of €9.90.

We ship throughout Europe. The shipping costs for a package to European countries are a flat rate of €13.90 regardless of the order value. Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

2.2 Shipping costs Switzerland

The shipping costs for parcel delivery to Switzerland are €24.90. Any customs fees or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

3.0 Shipping companies

We rely on our shipping partner DHL to ship our items. As soon as your items are on their way to you, you will receive an email from us and DHL with your tracking number. This way you can always track your package. Please make sure that you are able to accept the package.

4.0 Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been listed in our logistics center and handed over to DHL, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation by email. In this email you can track your order live using a tracking link. Here you can also see the expected delivery date. Please make sure that you can access this link at any time in order to track your order as best as possible if necessary. If you were expecting your order but no courier was at your home to drop it off, we recommend that you look directly at the tracking information: the courier may have dropped it off at a nearby post office, packing station or with your neighbor/desired location. If your package cannot be found, we recommend that you contact DHL customer service directly.
