1.0 Delivery time
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days .
For Austria and other European countries the delivery time is 3-7 working days with DHL.
Once your package has left our warehouse, the actual shipping time is the responsibility of the shipping service provider. If there is a delay in delivery that is beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and a little patience.
2.0 Shipping costs
2.1 Germany
- The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of 5.90 € .
- Shipping is free for orders over 69 € .
- We use our shipping partner DHL for parcel shipping.
2.2 Europe
- For shipping to Austria we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 € .
- We ship throughout Europe. The shipping costs for a package to other European countries are a flat rate of €13.90 , regardless of the order value.
- Note: Any customs fees or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
2.3 Switzerland
- The shipping costs to Switzerland are 24.90 € .
- Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
3.0 Shipping companies
We rely on our logistics partner DHL to ship our items.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number . This allows you to track your order at any time.
Please make sure you are available to receive your parcel or use an alternative delivery option if you are not at home.
4.0 Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been processed in our logistics center and handed over to DHL , you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email .
This contains a tracking link that you can use to view the status of your delivery at any time.
If you are expecting your package but no courier has been with you, please check the tracking information. It may be that:
- The package was delivered to a post office or packing station .
- It was left with a neighbor or at your desired location .
If your package cannot be found, we recommend that you contact DHL customer service directly.
