Right of withdrawal
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the shipping service provider) receives the goods.

Inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. ( Please note: NO RETURN ADDRESS! )
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
If your return is not received within the return period, we reserve the right to issue you a voucher for the value of the goods and the shipping costs paid.
Please note that you are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. This may be deducted from your refund. Therefore, please pack your items carefully and, if possible, in their original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged, please take photos of it before returning it and send us your cancellation along with the photos to kundenservice@7oclock.de .
Important notice according to § 357 para. 7 BGB:
You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. Any use beyond this will result in a loss of value, which we may deduct from your refund.
In concrete terms, this means that we can no longer sell dishes, glasses, or other products that have already been used, filled, washed, or otherwise put into use as new. In these cases, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the purchase price.
Exclusion according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
1.2 Cancellations
Unfortunately, canceling your order is not possible because our logistics are automated and orders are immediately integrated into the shipping process. Therefore, we cannot process a subsequent cancellation.
We ask for your understanding that this process helps us deliver efficiently and quickly. If you have any questions about your order, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
1.3 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us). The refund will be made promptly, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return at our fulfillment center.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. There will be no additional costs for you.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any loss of value due to improper use may be deducted from your refund.
Tableware orders
Our 24-piece dinnerware sets are each packaged and shipped in a separate box. This way, we can best ensure safe transport.
A set weighs approximately 20 kg including outer packaging and is therefore shipped individually via DHL. Please note: If you order multiple sets, you will receive them in separate boxes. In the event of a return, the sets must also be returned in their original boxes. This may result in higher return shipping costs.
1.4 Return by DHL to the sender
If an order is returned to us by DHL, we will charge a fee of €5.90 (or the applicable shipping fees for your destination country) if:
- The parcel was not picked up from the packing station or branch.
- Acceptance of the order was refused.
- The address or name was incorrectly entered in the order.
1.5 Free product gifts
If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value, this must also be returned if you return it. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice you for it and deduct the amount from your refund.
If you keep items that exceed the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.
