7 O'CLOCK GmbH, Frankenstraße 45, 31135 Hildesheim (hereinafter "we" or "7 O'CLOCK") takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. When collecting, processing and using your data, we adhere to the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) .

If you visit our website without registering or placing an order , we automatically collect the following data (so-called “server log files” ), which are necessary for the technical operation of the website:

- Source/reference through which you reached the page

- operating system
- IP address (anonymized)
This data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website. The data will not be passed on unless there is concrete evidence of illegal use.
4. Newsletter & revocation of consent
You can sign up for the 7 O'CLOCK newsletter on our website. We need a valid email address for this.
Registration is done via the double opt-in procedure :
- You register with your email address.
- We will send you a confirmation email to ensure that you have registered yourself.
- You will only receive our newsletter after confirmation.
We store the following data:
- E-mail address
- IP address at the time of registration
- date & time of registration
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by sending us an email to kundenservice@7oclock.de .
Note: The revocation will not incur any costs other than the transmission costs of your Internet provider.
5. SMS notification
When you sign up for text marketing or SMS alerts , you will receive automated messages to the phone number you provide.
- Consent is not a prerequisite for a purchase .
- You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” .
- Message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply.

6. Data processing for customer accounts & orders
When you create a customer account or place an order, we collect and store personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing .
- You can view and edit your data in your customer account at any time.
- You can have your account deleted by sending an email to kundenservice@7oclock.de .
- After conclusion of the contract and the statutory retention period, your data will be deleted.
For order and payment processing , we work with third-party providers (such as payment service providers and shipping partners) who use your data only for the respective processing.
7. Social media plugins & third-party tools
7.1 Facebook & Instagram
- Facebook & Instagram can recognize if you are logged in during your visit to our website.
- If you do not want these networks to track your surfing behavior, log out first.
7.2 YouTube integration
- When you play videos on our website, a connection to YouTube is established.
- YouTube can record your surfing behavior if you are logged in there.
7.3 Google Analytics
- We use Google Analytics to analyze website visits.
- Your IP address will be anonymized before it is stored.
