1. Delivery time

We always do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 working days.

Within Germany we ship with DHL, and abroad with FedEx.

Within the EU (incl. Austria) the delivery time with FedEx is 2–5 working days, and to Switzerland, Norway, the UK and all other countries 3–7 working days.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the actual delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Should there be a delivery delay beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and a little patience.

2. Shipping costs

2.1 Germany

• The shipping costs within Germany are a flat 5,99 €.
• From an order value of 69 € shipping is free.
• For parcel delivery within Germany we use our shipping partner DHL.

2.2 European Union and the UK

• For shipping to Austria we charge a flat shipping fee of 9,90 €.
• We ship across Europe. The shipping costs for a parcel to other European countries and the UK are a flat 13,90 €, regardless of the order value.
• Please note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

2.3 Switzerland

• The shipping costs to Switzerland are 24,90 €.
• Please note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be covered by the recipient.
  

2.4 Norway

• The shipping costs to Norway are 19,90 €.
• Please note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be covered by the recipient.

3. Shipping companies

Within Germany we ship with our logistics partner DHL, and orders abroad we send with FedEx.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. With it you can track your order at any time.

Please make sure you can accept your parcel or use an alternative delivery option if you’re not at home.

4. Tracking

As soon as your order has been processed in our logistics centre and handed over to DHL (or to FedEx for international orders), you’ll receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email.

It contains a tracking link that lets you check the status of your delivery at any time.

If you’re expecting your parcel but no courier came by, please check the tracking. It may be that:

• The parcel was delivered to a post office branch or parcel locker.
• It was left with a neighbour or at your preferred location.

If your parcel can’t be found, we recommend getting in touch directly with the customer service of DHL (or FedEx for international orders).

5. Returns

We take great care in selecting our products and are convinced we deliver the best quality to you. Of course, it can still happen that a product doesn’t meet your expectations or that you ordered several items to choose from. In that case you can simply return the items in their original packaging via our returns portal:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organisational effort. We are therefore unfortunately unable to cover the return shipping costs and thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions about returns, our customer service is always available via our contact form.

Returns that reach us after the 14-day deadline has passed can unfortunately no longer be accepted. If you nevertheless send the goods back after this deadline, we may return them to you at your expense or, where applicable, issue a credit note to the value of the returned items.

6. Return conditions

Please pack the items unused, in their original packaging and securely. Every item is inspected by us very carefully. We cannot take back damaged or already used items. Use secure outer packaging on which you stick the return label, or which a member of staff at the post office branch will attach. Only then can your return reach us undamaged.

7. Free product add-ons

If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value, it must also be sent back with a return. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice it and deduct the amount from your refund.

If you keep items that are above the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.

8. Refund

After we’ve checked your return, you’ll receive the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please keep your proof of postage safe until you’ve received the refund. Our logistics team does its very best to process your return as quickly as possible.

If your parcel has, according to the tracking, already arrived with us, it may still be that it isn’t processed the same day. You will automatically be notified about your refund by email within no more than 14 days. Rest assured: we’re working as fast as we can so you don’t have to wait long for your refund.

Should there unexpectedly be any discrepancies with your refund, we’re very sorry. In that case, please get in touch with our customer service via our contact form so we can look into your concern as quickly as possible and find a solution.
