Frequently asked questions
Good to know
How long does shipping take?
We pack your order with great care and usually send it off within 24–48 hours on working days. Within Germany it then reaches you with DHL in 1–3 working days. We ship abroad with FedEx: within the EU in 2–5 working days, and to all other countries in 3–7 working days.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number, so you always know when it will arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany, shipping costs 5,99 €. On orders of 69 € or more we'll send your favourite pieces free of charge.
Shipping to Austria costs 9,90 €. We also deliver to many other EU countries; you'll see the exact cost in your basket before you pay.
What happens if something arrives broken?
We're really sorry, that's of course not how your parcel should arrive. Just send us photos of all damaged items and of the packaging via our contact form or to kundenservice@7oclock.de.
We'll take a quick look at everything and get back to you personally to find a good solution together.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days to look over your order at home in peace. If something's not right for you, simply register the return via our returns portal.
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland you'll then receive your DHL returns label — in Germany conveniently as a QR code for any DHL branch. From all other countries, simply send your parcel back with a carrier of your choice.
Can I track my parcel?
Of course! As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link (DHL, or FedEx for international orders) so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Alternatively, just enter your order number and postcode on our Help & contact page and you'll see straight away where your parcel is.
Which payment methods are available?
With us you can pay conveniently and securely with PayPal, Klarna (Pay Now & Invoice), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
So you can simply choose the payment method you like best.
