1. Returns from Abroad

We're sorry to hear that you don't like the items from your order. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are confident in providing you with the best quality. Of course, it can still happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations or that you've ordered several items to choose from.

This page applies to all returns from abroad – i.e., from all countries except Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this case, you can simply return the original packaged items to the following address:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. You, as the customer, bear the return costs from abroad – we thank you for your understanding. 2. How your return works – Step by Step

Step 1 – Choose a shipping service provider You choose a shipping service provider of your choice in your home country (e.g., the post office, DHL, GLS, UPS, DPD, or a local provider). We do not provide a pre-franked return label for international returns.

Step 2 – Package securely Pack all items unused and in their original packaging in sturdy outer packaging. Make sure that the products are sufficiently padded so that they arrive undamaged.

Step 3 – Frank & send Frank the package sufficiently and send it to our return address in Germany. We recommend an insured shipping method with tracking – this way you can follow the progress.

Step 4 – Keep receipts Be sure to keep your proof of shipment until you have received the refund.


3. Return Period & Return Costs

You can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send your package sufficiently franked and securely and in its original packaging to:

You, as the customer, bear the costs of return from abroad. Any customs or import fees incurred during the return are also at your expense. Please declare the return correctly as "Returned Goods" or "Retourware" so that no additional fees arise on our side.

Returns received after the 14-day period can unfortunately no longer be accepted. If you still return the goods after this period, we may send them back to you at your expense or issue a store credit for the value of the returned items.


4. Return Conditions

Please pack the items unused, in their original packaging, and securely. Each item will be thoroughly inspected by us. We cannot accept damaged or already used items. Use secure outer packaging – this is the only way your return can arrive undamaged.

4.1 Free Product Add-ons If you received a free product as part of a promotion tied to a minimum order value, this must also be returned in the event of a return. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice it and deduct the amount from your refund.

Should you keep items that are above the respective minimum order value, you are of course welcome to keep the free product.

4.2 Partial Return of Bundles If you order a discounted bundle and only keep part of it, we will charge the remaining items at their regular individual price. This may reduce your refund amount accordingly.

4.3 Shipping Costs of the Original Order The shipping costs of your original order will be refunded in the case of a complete return, in accordance with legal provisions. In the case of a partial return, the shipping costs of the original order remain.


5. Refund

After reviewing your return, you will receive the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please keep your proof of shipment safe until you have received the refund. Our logistics team makes every effort to process your return as quickly as possible.

Please note that international returns may take longer depending on the shipping service provider and country of origin. If your package has already arrived according to tracking, it may still not be processed on the same day. You will be automatically notified of your refund by email within a maximum of 14 days.
