Shipping & Returns
1. Delivery time
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within Germany is usually 1–3 business days .
For Austria and other European countries, the delivery time is 3-7 working days with DHL.
Once your package has left our warehouse, the actual shipping time is the responsibility of the shipping service provider. Should there be a delivery delay beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and patience.
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Germany
- The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €5.90 .
- Shipping is free for orders over €69 .
- We use our shipping partner DHL for parcel shipping.
2.2 European Union and Great Britain
- For shipping to Austria we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 .
- We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs for parcels to other European countries and the UK are a flat rate of €13.90 , regardless of the order value.
- Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
2.3 Switzerland
- Shipping costs to Switzerland are €24.90 .
- Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
2.4 Norway
- Shipping costs to Norway are €19.90 .
- Note: Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
3. Shipping company
We rely on our logistics partner DHL to ship our items.
As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number . This allows you to track your order at any time.
Please ensure that you are available to receive your parcel or use an alternative delivery option if you are not at home.
4. Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been processed in our logistics center and handed over to DHL , you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email .
This contains a tracking link that you can use to view the status of your delivery at any time.
If you're expecting your package but no delivery driver has arrived, please check your tracking information. It may be that:
- The package was delivered to a post office or packing station .
- It was left with a neighbor or at your desired location .
If your package cannot be found, we recommend that you contact DHL customer service directly.
5. Return
We take great care in selecting our products and are confident in delivering the highest quality. Of course, it may still happen that a product doesn't meet your expectations, or that you ordered multiple items. In this case, you can simply return the items in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note that every return involves additional logistical and organizational effort. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs and thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions regarding returns, our customer service team is available at any time via email at kundenservice@7oclock.de .
Unfortunately, returns received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted . If you return the goods after this period, we may either return them to you at your expense or issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.
6. Return conditions
Please pack the items securely, unused, and in their original packaging. We thoroughly inspect each item. We cannot accept returns of damaged or used items. Use secure outer packaging, either with the return label attached or with a post office employee. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.
7. Free product gifts
If you received a free product as part of a promotion that was tied to a minimum order value , this must also be returned if you return it. If the free product is not returned, we will invoice you for it and deduct the amount from your refund.
If you keep items that exceed the respective minimum order value, you may of course keep the free product.
8. Refund
After checking your return, you will receive a refund of the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 14 days using the payment method you originally used.
Please keep your receipt safe until you receive your refund. Our logistics team will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible.
Even if your package has already arrived according to your tracking information, it may not be processed the same day. You will be automatically notified of your refund via email within 14 days at the most. Rest assured: We're working as quickly as possible to ensure you don't have to wait long for your refund.
