Wood actually has some self-cleaning properties due to its natural structure and composition. However, it is important to note that wood is not completely self-cleaning. Regular cleaning and maintenance are necessary to ensure hygiene. Use mild detergent and a damp cloth to clean the lid and be sure to avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the wood.

What a pity that you don't like the items you ordered. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are convinced that we can provide you with the best quality. Of course, it can still happen that a product does not meet your expectations or that you have ordered several items to choose from. Please note that returns mean a lot of work for us. This especially affects the costs for a start-up like us. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot cover the return costs and hope for your understanding.

1.1 Return period & return costs

Please send your parcel with sufficient postage and securely packaged to:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 14 days. If you return goods to us during this time, we may send them back to you at your expense.

1.2 Conditions for returns

Please pack the items unused, in their original packaging and securely. We check each item very carefully. Please understand that we cannot accept damaged or used items. Please use secure outer packaging and stick the return label on it or have an employee stick it on at the post office. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.

1.3 Refund

After checking your return, you will receive the invoice amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods within 10 days using the payment method you specified when ordering. Please keep your DHL return receipt in a safe place until then.

Our logistics team will do their best to process your return promptly. If you can track the return via a tracking link and see that the package has arrived with us, it may not be processed on the same day. You will automatically be notified of your refund by email within a maximum of 10 days. Please refrain from sending emails with inquiries about your return processing as long as the 10-day processing period has not been exceeded. Rest assured - we will work as quickly as possible so that you do not have to wait long for your chargeback. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
