1.0 Delivery time

We always strive to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. The normal delivery time is usually 1-3 working days . The delivery time to Austria and other European countries is usually 3-7 working days with DHL. Once the package has left our warehouse, the actual shipping time is up to the shipping service provider and no longer in our hands. If there is a delay in delivery over which we have no influence, we would like to ask you for your understanding and patience.


2.0 Shipping costs Germany and Austria

The shipping costs for parcel shipping within Germany and Austria are a flat rate of €5.90. For orders over €69 you get free shipping! We use the shipping service provider DHL to ship parcels.

2.1 Shipping costs Europe

We ship across Europe to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus . The shipping costs for a package to these countries are a flat rate of 13.90 euros, regardless of the order value. Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

2.2 Shipping costs Switzerland

The shipping costs for sending parcels to Switzerland are €24.90. Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

3.0 shipping companies

We rely on our partner DHL to ship our items as parcels. As soon as your items are on their way to you, you will receive an email from us and DHL with your tracking number. This way you can always track your package. Please make sure that you can receive the package.

4.0 Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been listed in our logistics center and handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you can track your order live via a tracking link. You can also see the expected delivery date here. Please make sure you can access this link at any time to best track your order if necessary. If you were expecting your order but there was no parcel delivery person at your home to deliver it, we recommend that you look directly at the shipment tracking: the delivery person may have delivered it to a nearby post office, packing station or to your neighbor/desired location. If your package cannot be found, we recommend that you contact DHL customer service directly.
