1.0 Returns

What a shame that you don't like the items in your order. We put a lot of effort into selecting our products and are convinced that we can provide you with the best quality. Of course, it can still happen that a product does not meet your expectations or that you have ordered several items to choose from. In this case, you can simply send the item(s) back to the following address:

Please note that returns involve a lot of effort for us. This particularly affects the costs for a start-up like us. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs and hope for your understanding.

1.1 Return deadline & return costs

You can send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt.

We ask that you send the package with sufficient postage and securely packaged to:

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns after 14 days. If you still send goods back to us during this time, we may send them back to you at your expense.


1.2 Conditions for returns

Please pack the items unused, in their original packaging and securely. Every item is checked carefully by us. Please understand that we cannot take back damaged or used items. Please be sure to use secure outer packaging to which you stick the return label or have an employee stick it at the post office. This is the only way your return can reach us undamaged.

1.3 Refund

After your return has been checked, you will receive the invoice amount back within 10 days according to the returned goods value to the payment method you specified when ordering. Until then, please keep your DHL shipping receipt safe.

Our logistics team makes every effort to process your return promptly. If you can track the return via a tracking link and see that the package has arrived, it may not be processed on the same day. You will automatically be notified of your refund by email within a maximum of 10 days. Please send an email requesting a return if the 10 days are not yet over. Rest assured - we work as quickly as possible so that you don't have to wait long for your chargeback. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
